ECSLA is an association led by a Board of Directors. The board is chaired by a President and assisted in running the Association by a Secretary General and Managing Director.

General Assembly Meeting
Twice a year (fall and spring), a General Assembly Meeting is held to report on (fall) and approve (spring) the management of preceding year and to lay down the plans for the current year. 
Within the framework of these meetings, a conference is organised on topical issues of concern to the cold storage and logistics industry.
